Krispen Rucker

After numerous weekend trips to Oakwood, visiting friends from college and never wanting to leave, Krispen and her husband Brian decided to make the move to East Texas. Transitioning from their life in Houston to a life in Palestine took some adjustments but they would do it all over again!

Krispen's college days were spent at the University of Houston- Clear Lake, where she attained her Bachelors Degree in American Jurisprudence. She has been married for over 30 years and they have one grown daughter who attend the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where is in the Doctorate Program for Physical Therapy. They have been co-owners of Rucker Equipment Company in Palestine for 27 years, where Brian manages the operations of the dealership. They also operate a Brangus cow/calf operation on their East Texas ranch.

Shortly after moving to Palestine about 25 years ago, Krispen began selling real estate while getting to know the extended community and meeting new friends, creating a successful and fulfilling career. With her accumulated work experiences, she knows all the aspects of the local market. Her expertise allows her to share vital information with both buyers and sellers specific to this area. Whether it is residential, farm and ranch or acreage, there is nothing more satisfying for Krispen than finding that 'perfect place' for a buyer or guiding her seller through the negotiation process to successfully achieve their goals.
